wildbets supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit at wildbets is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your wildbets account balance, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• wildbets does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).

wildbets offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback programs, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific terms attached to an individual offer provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered wildbets accounts only. New player bonuses are available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is disclosed at the time the offer is made.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wildbets Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

wildbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Verified underage access or registration.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the timeframe specified by wildbets.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory, legal, or law enforcement directive requiring account restriction or closure.
• Discovery of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.

You may close your wildbets account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Verified account balances held at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, wildbets may, at its discretion, retain any account balance and/or winnings generated during the period of violation.
